Pratt has partnered with public radio station WNYC as the station holds its 6th annual Martin Luther King Day celebration, which examines the civil rights battle Dr. King embraced. Join Cami Anderson, superintendent, Newark, New Jersey public schools; Jami Floyd, managing editor of The Global Game World Report; Fredrick C. Harris, director, Institute for Research in African-American Studies, Columbia University; Brian Lehrer, host, WNYC; John A. Stokes, plaintiff in the landmark civil rights case Brown vs. Board of Education; and Touré, an African-American journalist and critic, for an uplifting afternoon of discussion, performance, and personal reminiscence.
