Artist Erik Benson at VISITING ARTISTS LECTURE SERIES
Erik Benson's paintings are informed by fragments of urban landscape and culture that are found in the everyday. Now represented by Edward Tyler Nahem Fine Art in New York, he was recently awarded the 2011 Sam and Adele Golden Foundation for the Arts Fellowship Award and a residency at Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts.
The Pratt Visiting Artists Lecture Series is an annual series organized by the Department of Fine Arts to welcome nationally and internationally recognized fine artists to share their experiences with the Pratt community.
